Pacific Properties Service offers storm water management services within the San Diego County area to ensure communities are adhering to jurisdictional storm water requirements. Using best management practices (BMPs), our experienced crews maintain and repair community storm drain systems, clean up and repair storm damaged areas, apply fertilization amounts to prevent runoff into storm drains and ensure everyday maintenance activities are performed to meet storm water requirements. We can evaluate your community for any potential hardscape and landscape areas that may need to be addressed to ensure compliance. Our Staff will put together a preventative maintenance plan to help your community prevent storm water runoff and potential storm damage.
